What Bible Translation Do You Use To Memorize From?

Mentally, I usually recall things from the KJV, but I'm memorizing from the English Standard Version (ESV) It's clearer, in many cases, and it makes sense to memorize scripture from a translation that people will understand. It reminds me of that verse in Nehemiah

Nehemiah 8:12 And all the people went their way to eat and drink and to send portions and to make great rejoicing, because they had understood the words that were declared to them. (ESV)
